As bad as the Senate Health Care bill is, you don't have to pay the $750 fine if you can't afford it, don't get hysterical.

The point of the fine is that of a deterrent. Read this slowly please, since Glenn Beck talks too fast:
If you can afford to buy your own, but refuse, or can't, but also refuse to take the subsidies for the (currently crappy) mandate, then you are no better than your despicable foreigners who crowd your precious ERs. And by "foreigners" I am referring to the Greater-Boston area Irish, of course.

And btw, please get on board and support something (preferably the House bill) because I'd rather pay an extra couple of dollars to get you on a public option than have poor Carole have to shell out higher premiums to cover your ER visits when your heart attack comes and your ulcer blows out.

Fingers crossed for a better bill, yes, but stop the lies please.
And no Jean, we can't just go back to pre-1965, even if RP says so. Not at this point, not without thinning the herd.
